Shipping policy

 • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after your payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. 

 • Shipping Methods & Costs: We offer the following shipping options:

 • Standard Shipping: (3-7 business days) cost: $10.99

 • Overnight Shipping: cost: (delivered by the end of next business day) cost: $20.00

 • International Shipping: We ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and import duties/taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order. 

 • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. 

 • Lost or Damaged Items: In the event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within (10)days of receipt for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
